Keep On Keepin' On

countdown to race: 123 days

We missed a run. (read: We were lazy bums had a busy weekend) It was bound to happen eventually, I just didn't expect it to be so early on in our training.

It's easy to make excuses for why not to run, but you won't find any here.

There are going to be days when we don't follow our training schedule to a T. We have four months until race day. We are likely to miss runs here and there. That's no reason to get down on yourself or throw in the towel. All you can do is keep going.

Training Tip: If you miss one or two days of training, just keep with the schedule. However, if you miss a week or more, go back and pick up where you left off.

Just keep running, running, running (to the Finding Nemo "just keep swimming" mantra).
